How does pricing work?
We'll send you a quote once we know what line you're interested in and a bit about your brand. A real person reads every inquiry. Not a form bot.
How long until my order ships?
First orders typically ship in 4 to 6 weeks once your packaging and labels are ready. Re-orders are faster, usually 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you print and apply the labels?
We don't print or apply labels. We focus on making the products and packaging them well. Labels are an easy step you handle with your own designer and printer. If you're new to this, we'll point you to label providers we trust.
Can I send my own packaging?
Yes. You can send us either pre-labeled containers (we fill and ship them ready to go) or unlabeled containers (we fill and ship them, and you apply labels on your end). We'll walk you through what works best for your line.
Where are your products made?
In our small-batch facility in Elkhart, Indiana. Hand-crafted, woman-owned, and women-run. Every batch is logged and traceable.
